FREIGHT:

All orders will be shipped FOB Monroe, WI. All claims for damages or piece count shortages must be filed by the buyer against the delivering carrier with 72 hours of delivery.

RETURNS:

All request to return merchandise (damaged or overshipped product) must be received with 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. An authorized representative of Green County Foods, Inc. must furnish you with written authorization and an authorization number in order to return any merchandise to Green County Foods, Inc. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized return shipments and return them to you at your expense. All merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid within 15 days of receipt. Concealed shortages/damages must be reported to Green County Foods, Inc. within 72 hours of delivery. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

PRICE CHANGES:

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Buyer agrees that they will not offer for sale or sell any damaged, molded, deteriorated, or "Out of Date" Green County Foods, Inc. products. All damaged, molded, deteriorated, or "Out of Date" products shall be withdrawn from sale and shall not be resold by buyer. Any claim(s) for quality of product must be verified by a designated representative of Green County Foods, Inc. and filed with Green County Foods, Inc. within 90 days of receipt. No claim(s) will be honored after that date. Green County Foods, Inc. will not be held responsible for product which has not been stored or handled properly.

Buyer agrees that they will use the "Green County Foods, Inc." and "Richly Deserved" mark and trade name only in such form and in such manner as shall be specified by Green County Foods, Inc.

DISCONTINUED:

Product maybe discontinued at any time at the discretion of the manufacturer.
